Ordering

• Please place your order through SpringScrubs.com for complete ease. We do not take phone orders.
• By placing your order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
• Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation for in stock items. Back orders take 2-6 weeks.
• One invoice is issued for each purchase. And one payment must be made per order. We do not issue individual invoices for staff.

Please note: Slight variations in fabric colour can occur by 10-15%. Spring Scrubs has no control over minor colour variations and therefore do not accept returns on this basis.

Back orders

Back orders take any where from two to six weeks depending on fabric availability.

Payments

• All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
• Orders must be paid for in full prior to goods being dispatched.
• Payment options are available at checkout.
• If an order has been placed without payment, payments must be made within 7 days of the order dispatch date.
