Shipping & Return

Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Back orders will take between 3-6 weeks. For personalised items please allow 10 business days for personalisation to be complete.

Shipping costs for Australia

All items are sent via Australia Post or Sendle. Please choose delivery option at checkout.

Australia Post cost:
  • 1 item = $16.95
  • 2-4 items = $25.95
  • 5 items = $34.95

Sendle cost:
  • Prices vary, please see estimated cost at checkout.

For delivery on larger orders, please email us at hello@springscrubs.com to arrange bulk shipping.

Delivery times will vary depending on your postal address.

Undelivered/lost items

If items cannot be delivered, they will be returned to Spring Scrubs. We will re-attempt delivery once a second postage payment to cover delivery cost.

If your item has been lost by Australia Post, Sendle or New Zealand post we are unable to replace your order. Spring Scrubs is not liable for lost or damaged items by third-party delivery services. If you would like to organise postal insurance, please email us at ASAP at info@springscrubs.com to make an additional payment.

Exchanges and Returns

  • Items can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please include a copy of your original invoice and a note detailing the item you would like instead. 
  • All returns must be returned in original packaging. Returned orders must be clean, unworn, unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. We will not accept items that do not meet these standards.
  • We do not accept embroidered or altered items
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items
  • We suggest Australia Post Registered Mail with tracking for shipping accountability.
  • We are unable to accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
  • We do not offer refunds. Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • We do not credit for change of mind on uniforms.
  • To avoid buying the incorrect size we recommend viewing our sizing chart.
  • We will replace any faulty items or incorrect items. Please email us immediately at hello@springscrubs.com if your item is incorrect or faulty.

Please remember:

  • We do not accept ‘Return to Sender’ parcels.
  • Full payment is required at checkout. If an order has been placed without payment, payments must be made within 7 days of the order dispatch date.
  • All orders remain the property of Spring Scrubs until paid for in full.
  • We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
  • Slight variations in fabric colour can occur by 10-15%. Spring Scrubs has no control over minor colour variations and therefore do not accept returns on this basis.
