Do you offer embroidery services?

We do not provide embroidery services. Please contact an embroiderer in your local area to customise your new Spring Scrubs.

Please note, once embroidered, we cannot exchange or credit your item.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

We offer a 14 day return window for our customers. Spring Scrubs are happy to provide exchanges and store credits for returned items. We do not offer refunds.

All purchased items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.

For all exchanges, please include a copy of your original invoice and a note detailing the item you would like instead.

Do you have a catalogue?

Our latest catalogue is available to download on our homepage.

Do you customise colours and styles?

We can provide customised colours with any orders of 100 items or more.

Do you provide alterations?

We do not do alterations as our sizes are true to Australian sizing. Please see product descriptions for size guide.

Do you have free samples?

We are unable to provide free samples. However, we can offer seamless exchanges for all items.
