Sale to Minors

Spring Scrubs does sell products to children, but it conducts the sales transaction with adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Spring Scrubs only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Product Descriptions

Spring Scrubs attempts to be as accurate as possible and does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. When buying our fabrics from our fabric suppliers, dye lots can and will vary by 10%- 15%. Spring Scrubs cannot avoid this from occurring and will not accept returns due to slight colour variations.

All manufacturer names, brands, trademarks and logos used on this site are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Whilst we make reference to brand name merchandise, we are not endorsed by or associated with these companies.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Spring Scrubs are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
